  • Advice on the Employment Equity Act and other employment related legislation;
  • Conducting Disciplinary Enquiries, chairing and initiating inquiries;
  • Conducting investigations on behalf of employers relating to misconduct, charges of fraud, nepotism and sexual harassment in the work place;
  • Conducting negotiations with Unions on behalf of clients;
