Zelmaine has a long history with the Public Sector where she worked for a period of six years, in middle management, before joining GLM in 2004. After completing her articles Zelmaine was admitted as an Attorney and employed in the firm’s Insurance Law Department. Later, Zelmaine transferred to the Personal Injury Law Department where she currently still practices as a Senior Associate, specialising in Personal Injury Law, Medical Negligence claims and General Litigation. In complementing her expertise, Zelmaine has developed an affinity for both Magistrate- and High Court Litigation. General features of Zelmaine’s practice include investigation and assessment of Personal Injury claims, research and interpretation of legislation on issues of liability and quantification of claims as well as conducting litigation on behalf of clients.
