Thenjiwe joined the firm in 2003 as Candidate Attorney having completed her LLB degree at the University of Natal now known as the University of KwaZulu-Natal. During this period she gained practical exposure in Civil Litigation in both the High Court and Magistrate’s Court. She was admitted as an Attorney in February 2005 and was appointed as Senior Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Administrative Law Department in January 2007. Over and above her litigation experience, she has been involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution and has assisted on matters relating to compliance, Administrative Law and legislative drafting.
