Prior to becoming a full-time practising Attorney, Sibongile was employed in the Public Sector for a period of eight years where she held a senior management position. She decided to join GLM as a Director in 2004. Since then Sibongile has mainly been doing High Court Litigation specialising in Personal Injury Law, encompassing the Law of Delict, Law of Damages and general legal principles. Sibongile recently joined the Insurance Law Department attending to litigation on behalf of various clients in the Insurance Industry. Key features of her practice include conducting investigations in litigation matters, drafting of pleadings, advising clients on liability, and negotiations on settlement.
