Phillip was admitted as an Attorney in November 1995 and has been practising as a Conveyancer since August 2003. Phillip joined GLM during 2007 as Senior Associate in the Property Law Department. Before this, he practised as a sole practitioner during which time he gained experience in all aspects of property law and learnt that a hands-on approach to daily functions of a conveyacing practice is the key to success. He was appointed as a Director of the firm in January 2009 heading up day-to-day management of the Property Law Department. Phillip has experienced, and firmly believes, that an informed client is a happy and loyal client.
