Nicholas joined GLM in 2006 as a Candidate Attorney after successfully completing his LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. During his period of articles Nicholas completed an LLM degree and has since been admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. In 2008 Nicholas was appointed as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Administrative Law Department. Currently, Nicholas practices as an independent practitioner and his practice consists of mainly litigation on Magistrate’s Court and High Court level. Nicholas currently services small to medium business enterprises and statutory bodies. Nicholas assisted in the consultation process involved in the drafting of the Built Environment Bill.
